JOE WEBB
Founder & CEO Aircraft Operations, Inc.

Joe Webb, Founder and CEO of Aircraft Operations Inc., has established over 30 years of Flight Department Management & Development, Flight Testing, and Aircraft Acceptance & Delivery experience for extensive corporate and private flight departments. He has managed the purchase and delivery of over 25 new corporate aircraft, logging over 16,000 hours flight time. His area of expertise includes services ranging from aircraft selection and world-wide transition services, to QA Completion Inspections and Evaluation & Final Flight.
Joe is also credited as one of the four individuals that first identified and implemented the “Dry Lease” concept into the General Aviation industry in 1986. This application of an IRS rule was approved by the FAA and became widely used, allowing multiple owners of private aircraft to jointly operate and use non-owned aircraft without being considered a charter business. This practice succeeded in eliminating the need for Part 135 certification.
Utilizing his unique knowledge gained by observing the specific needs of both the aircraft owner and those of the flight departments, Joe founded Aircraft Operations, Inc. The company is designed to provide clients with expertise and assistance in developing their own flight operations or to implement changes and improvements to their existing flight departments. Assignments span from short-term domestic operations, to world-wide delivery and long-term international aircraft support.
Since its inception in 1984, Aircraft Operations, Inc. has worked closely with many public and private companies; including major universities, multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 corporations, casino and gaming organizations, and private entrepreneurs seeking professional management and flight crew support. Today, the company continues to offer extensive, customized solutions for the specific needs of each customer.
